This is a complete process to generate new keys for Suzuki Celerio 2017 when all keys lost. Tools using Xhorse Condor XC-Mini Plus key cutting machine, VVDI Key Tool Max & Autel MaxiIM IM508 key programmer.
Having been read out its key codes: 50781, bitting: 2134431131 with LISHI decoder.
Let’s start.
Cut key via Condor XC-Mini Plus
I’m using key blade No.27 for cutting this time.
No.52 will also work, because they are exactly same length 53.06mm.
Cut by bitting >> HU87R >> Suzuki >> Input key bitting: 2134431131 >> Cut
Condor XC Mini II machine will start cutting automatically.
Just wait…
Make sure the new key can open lock once finished.
Generate remote via Xhorse Key Tool Max
Vehicle remote >> Suzuki >> Celerio >> Celerio XN ID47 CK 1966 >> Generate remote
Burn success.
Go to check the new key, it’s transponder 47, frequency 433.92MHz.
Program key via Autel IM508
Connect MaxiIM IM508 with OBD, press
IMMO >> Suzuki >> Manual selection >> Other >> Celerio >> Yes >> Immo status scan >> BCM(8 digit)
There’s a fault code.
B1188: transponder communication error.
Clear DTC
Turn ignition on and engine off.
Yes >> Clear OK
Press “All keys lost”.
Switch Hazard ON
Switch ignition ON(if cannot when AKL, try the immobilizer box wire short-circuit)
Start >> OK
Press “Yes” to calculate 8-digit pin code through networking.
Or “No” to input manually.
Follow the steps according to key type:
Mechanical key: switch on ignition with keys that need to match;
Smart key: place the smart key which need to match.
Learning completed.
Press “Yes” to program next one, otherwise, “No”.
IM508 shows programming 2 keys successfully.
Test the keys, both can start the engine, and remotes are well.
Done!
