Purpose: Check if 2M2 Magic Tank key cutting machine can cut HON58 key or not
Preparation:
Original HON58 key+ new key embryo
Cylinder
2M2 Magic Tank automotive key cutting machine
Procedure:
Insert the original key into the cylinder to test firstly
Confirm the key can work normally
Connect the adapter to 2M2 Magic Tank and power on
Open Tank APP on Android phone and turn on Bluetooth
Press the edit key icon at the left bottom
Enter “HON58” in the search filed
A HON58 key info list appears on the screen
Here select the first item-HON58.D88 Flat key
Follow the prompt to operate:
Step 1: Use the stop and insert it to the right slot
Step 2: Block the key shoulder and clamp it
Click “Confirm” to decode the original key
Put the key embryo on 2M2 Tank instead of the original one
Then start to cut the key
It takes approximately 2 minutes in the whole cutting process
Cutting is completed
Clean the new key and insert into cylinder to learn
Work perfectly!
Result: 2M2 Magic Tank automatic key cutting machine cut HON58 successfully!
