In the previous article, you can learn that Foxwell NT510 Elite BMW performs well in some special functions on BMW 3 series E90, such as reset CAS system, initialize slide/tilt sunroof & power windows. Click here to read more details. Today let’s see what NT510 Elite can do for E90 in active test function.
1.Delete electric steering lock fault
Select Diagnosis->Control Modules-> Drive-> Car Access System CAS-> Active Test-> General-> Delete electric steering lock fault counter
2.Activate pump motor on ABS Traction control
It’s suitable for replacing ABS Control module, ABS pump, brake master cylinders, brake wheel cylinders and brake pipes, etc.
Select Diagnosis->Control Modules-> Chassis-> Dynamic stability control DSC8 DSC/DXC-> Active Test-> Pump motor
Then press [F1] button to activate the pump motor, will take approximately 5 seconds
Once the operation is done, it will prompt “Activation finished” on the screen.
