Customer Problem:
When I want to use HDS software to work with xhorse Honda HDS cable, there are something errors appear on the screen as shown in the figure. I have installed the software and driver on win xp 32bit.
1.WinLicense error: Cannot find ‘FTD2XX.dll’, please, re-install this application.
2.Test error: Unable to load required function library module
3.Test error: Failed to initialize J2534 dll

The possible reason is that you have installed wrong software. You should install HDS software but not original MVCI software.
