Customer problem:
I have a Renault can clip, when I installed the software v200 on Win 10 and wanted to run it, it failed to recognize the device (see the fig. 1). I have tried to connect again using another USB and computer, but I got the error “Corruption interne 7: veuillez contacter la helpline Bosch” (see the fig. 2)
