Today we are going to show you how to clone and add new keys to your BMW with a CAS module by a Yanhua Mini ACDP. So this demo also applies to cars that have CAS1 CAS2 CAS3 modules. In this case we’re doing a CAS4+ out of my BMW F10, so we also need a ACDP MINI CAS module.

Preparation and Connection
These are all we need to use.
Connect OBP+ICP adapter and Yanhua ACDP main module.
Attach the CAS4 adapter to the CAS module and fasten them by the fixing piece.
If you puzzle about anything, check the diagrams on the Yanhua App.
You may ask what if I miss a pin because the pin is very tiny.
Before the very first operation, the app will check to make sure it can connect to all pins.
Use the ribbon cable to connect OBP+ICP adapter and CAS4 interface board.
Supply power to Yanhua Mini ACDP.
Operations
Open the Yanhua App.
Press
BMW>>CAS1-4>>CAS4/CAS4+>>ICP mode
Here we’re going to pick the mask number which is on the big chip.
If you click “help”, it will help you identify the number.
Then press
1N35H>>IMMO>>OK>>Read CAS4 EEPROM
Here we’ve just made sure all of the probe connections are correct.
Press “OK” to read, save and upload the chip data.
Press “OK” to go back to the main menu.
Here we choose “Mode 1: Add key”.
Disconnect OBP+ICP adapter and Yanhua ACDP main module.
Connect BAV connector and Yanhua ACDP main module.
Insert the new key into the coil.
Press “OK” to load the bin file we’ve just saved.
Then pick the key slot we want to change.
As the prompt, take out the blank key from the coil and put the car starting key in the coil.
Press “OK” to read the key ISN.
Now as the prompt, take out the car staring key in the coil and put in the blank key.
Press “OK” to generate the dealer key.
Programming key successfully!
Back to the main menu.
Press “Write***ADD***EEPROM”.
Connect OBP+ICP adapter and Yanhua ACDP main module again.
Press “OK” to load the newly generated file to write in the EEPROM.
Last step we go to the car.
Hold the new key to the steering column and turn on the ignition to synchronize the key.
