How to program BMW CAS4/CAS4+ key adding via Yanhua Mini ACDP? Follow the operation tutorial to learn how to do step by step.
Tip
Click Help to check connection information.
It needs to remove the CAS4/4+ module from vehicle.
The module is under steering wheel.

ICP Connection
- Install the copper pillar.
Align D1-D4 test points. Vertical press down the CAS interface board. As long as the 4 test points are aligned, then all test points are aligned.
- Lock the board with copper pillar and PCB lock.
- Connect OBP + ICP adapter & BDM adapter.
- Connect BDM adapter & CAS4 interface board.
- Connect ACDP host, finally power on.
App Operation
Open Mini ACDP app, go to
BMW >> CAS1-4 >> CAS4/CAS4+ >> ICP mode

ICP 9S12XEP100(Mask 5M48H/1N35H) >> IMMO >> Read CAS EEPROM >> OK
Pin detection passed.
If the detection fails, please check & clean the test points.
Click “OK”.
Check the VIN and CAS4 version. Click “OK”.
Save the original DFLASH data.
Reading data successfully!
Select “Model 1: Add key(with work key)”
Connect BAV adapter & put in the blank key.
Confirm the info, click “OK”.
Select the original DFLASH data.
Confirm info again, click “OK”.
Choose the unoccupied key channel displayed as FF.
Take out the blank key and put the working key into coil.
Click “OK”.
Reading key ISN, please wait…
Take out the working key and put in blank key.
Click “OK”.
(To backup the ISN, click “EXPORT”).
Generating dealer key, please wait…
Programming key successful!
- Put the CAS4 module back to vehicle.
- Insert the new key into key slot for learning. Start the car with new key.
- If the induction coil is damaged or the key cannot be learned, perform “Write ADD data” function.
Click “OK” to save the CAS data.
It contains info of old key & new key.
